As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic, highly organized person to help keep things running smoothly. You'll work closely with ownership and play an important role in supporting our employees and day-to-day operations. Duties: Recruitment & Employee Support (50%)
- Post job openings, review applications, and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and ensuring employees have what they need to get started.
- Coordinate employee offboarding, including documentation and return of company property.
- Maintain organized employee records and documentation. Administration & Operations (50%)
- Fleet Management: Coordinate company vehicles, insurance renewals, maintenance records,



and fleet documentation.
- Credit Cards & Expenses: Review and organize company credit card statements, track expenses, and maintain accurate records.
- Company Events: Help plan and organize staff events and company functions.
- Marketing: Work with our marketing team to assist with social media content and updates.
- Company Clothing: Manage clothing inventory, orders, and distribution to employees.
- IT Assets: Work with our IT team to track company phones, laptops, and other equipment.

Qualifications:

- Highly organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
