Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle to transport goods and materials to various destinations
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and compliance with regulations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members

Skills:
- Proficient in operating commercial vehicles, including trucks and tractor-trailers
- Knowledge of freight transportation regulations and best practices




- Ability to perform basic automotive repair tasks, such as checking fluid levels and changing tires
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
- Valuable communication skills to interact with customers, dispatchers, and team members Note: A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required for this position.
