The Aesthetics Practice Lead runs the day-to-day operations of our cosmetic floor and owns our skin care retail. This is a senior, hands-on position. You will answer the phone and book patients, and you will also design the schedule, manage room utilization and make sure our cosmetic nurses spend their time treating patients. You will be the person who knows what is happening on the floor at any moment and how to make the most of it. What you will own Schedule and room utilization
- Build and manage the cosmetic nurses’ schedule templates, including protected admin time
- Monitor room and device bookings daily and fill gaps, cancellations and no-shows
- Recommend staffing and scheduling changes based on demand Phones and booking flow
- Serve as the first point of contact for the cosmetic floor phone line and inquiries
- Book consultations and treatments, and manage confirmations and waitlists
- Improve the booking flow from first inquiry to treatment Patient retention
- Rebook patients at checkout and manage treatment recall lists
- Follow up on consultations that have not converted to treatment
- Make retention and reactivation calls so nurses can stay focused on treatment Skin care retail
- Own retail performance on the ground floor, including inventory, reordering and merchandising
- Connect nurse skin care recommendations to retail purchases
- Work with our ground floor check-in secretary on retail flow and patient handoffs
- Train the team on current products Devices and the aesthetics market
- Stay current on energy-based devices, injectables and new treatments in the market




- Speak knowledgeably with patients about treatment options and packages
- Bring forward ideas on new services, pricing and promotions Training and standard operating procedures
- Build the cosmetic floor’s first formal SOPs and keep them current
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for the cosmetic nurses
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Work with Dr. Yadav and senior nursing staff on any clinical content How the role works You will move with the flow of the day. During arrivals, lunch turnover and end-of-day checkouts you will be at the cosmetic front desk. During treatment blocks you will work from the back office on calls, recall lists and scheduling. You will also spend time on the ground floor with patients and retail. The phone line follows you wherever you are. Our cosmetic nurses make all clinical decisions. You will own the schedule, the booking flow and retail so they can focus on patient care. Our clinic managers continue to own HR, payroll, clinical supply ordering and facilities. You will set aside protected time each week to review the schedule, utilization and retention with the Clinic Manager. - Fewer nurse hours spent on administrative work Who you are Required
- 3+ years in a medspa, aesthetic dermatology, plastic surgery practice or premium skin care setting, in a patient coordinator, practice lead or similar role
- A proven record of meeting sales targets and setting the strategy to reach them
- Strongly analytical, with the habit of tracking utilization and conversion and turning the numbers into decisions
- Drive and initiative; you find the next revenue opportunity without being asked
- A quick learner with sharp judgment
- Strong working knowledge of aesthetic devices, injectables and medical-grade skin care
- Comfortable on the phone and confident discussing treatment options and pricing with patients
- Experience managing a busy appointment schedule
- Highly organized and calm under pressure
- Able to work alongside experienced clinical staff with tact and respect Nice to have
- Industry experience with injectables or aesthetic devices, either as a sales representative or working with them in a clinical setting
- Experience writing SOPs or leading staff training
- Retail inventory and merchandising experience
