Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Rep / Jr. Service Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly service and support. You will assist with inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience for all customers. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with product selection, providing information on features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and upselling additional products or services.
- Gain knowledge of diesel fuel injection services and products to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating as necessary.
- Keep the customer service area organized and stocked with necessary materials.




- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive or industrial customer service or sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with diesel engines would be beneficial.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive repair is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
