- The client is seeking a seasoned Technology Delivery Lead who can drive a complex ServiceNow program end-to-end, manage distributed teams including offshore in India, challenge delivery at a technical level, and navigate a complex banking environment.
- This prospect supports a retail banking transformation across operations, branches, contact centre, and support teams leveraging ServiceNow FSO. Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
