About the Position We are looking for versatile General Construction Workers who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working on different types of construction projects. This is not a position limited to one specific trade. Our crews work on everything from residential renovations and carpentry to commercial construction, demolition, structural repairs, and exterior projects. You do not need to be a registered apprentice or journeyperson to apply. We value practical construction experience, reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with others. Whether you're an experienced construction worker or someone with basic carpentry skills looking to expand your experience, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Assist with general carpentry, framing, and renovation work.
- Participate in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Assist with demolition, structural repairs, and restoration work.
- Construct and repair decks, fences, and other exterior structures.
- Assist with basement developments and interior finishing.
- Measure, cut, assemble,



and install construction materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and project supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to maintain productivity and quality.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe, organized worksite.
- Adapt to different tasks and project requirements as needed. Qualifications What we're looking for:
- Previous hands-on construction experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, construction materials, and common building practices.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks.
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently when appropriate and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of performing construction work, including lifting materials, working outdoors, and remaining active throughout the workday.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Reliable transportation to designated job sites.



Additional experience considered an asset:
- Wood framing and general carpentry.
- Residential or commercial renovations.
- Drywall, flooring, trim, and interior finishing.
- Deck and fence construction.
- Concrete forming, demolition, or structural repairs.
- Experience operating construction equipment.
- Valid driver's license. Formal trade certification is not required. We are interested in applicants who can demonstrate practical skills, reliability, and a willingness to work.
