Job Title: Project Lead (The "Right Hand")

About the Role
Green Ladder Contractors builds decks, railings, fences, composite siding and outdoor structures, and we take on interior work as well, including kitchens, bathrooms, basement developments, additions and custom projects. We are looking for an experienced renovator who is ready to step into a leadership role. You'll be the go-to person on site, making sure our projects are finished with "obsessive" attention to detail while keeping the crew's energy high. Who You Are:

- Manage the day-to-day flow of the jobsite from start to finish, inside and out.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met (The "Green Ladder" way).
- Work with our trades on interior jobs, like electrical, plumbing and drywall, and keep the schedule moving.




- Communicate with the team and the business owner to keep things running smoothly.

Qualifications:

- Solid renovation experience, interior, exterior or both (decks, siding, fencing, composite, framing, kitchens, bathrooms, basements and finishing).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- The ability to lead a crew with respect and a smile.
- The "Green Ladder" Mindset: You're a team player who is hungry to learn our specific systems and enjoys contributing to a positive mindset and culture. Pay: $22.50-$45.50 per hour Work
