The Allure Pass — Canada's first beauty membership, launching in Toronto on November 16, 2026 The role We're looking for Toronto-based field reps to introduce The Allure Pass to salons across the city, in person. You'll walk into salons, speak with owners and managers, and open the door to a partnership. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who enjoys meeting people and talking about beauty.

What you'll do
day to day
- Visit salons across Toronto and introduce The Allure Pass in person
- Speak with salon owners, managers, stylists, and technicians about the membership and what partnership looks like What we're looking for
- Based in Toronto, able to travel to salons across the city
- Strong communication skills, and comfortable starting conversations with people you haven't met
- Confident, persuasive, and friendly personality
- Self-starter who enjoys flexible, independent work and plans their own routes
- Experience in sales, customer service, or outreach is a plus, but not required
- A passion for the beauty industry is a big bonus What you earn
- Commission-only — no base pay and no hourly pay




- $100 commission for every salon that fully onboards as an Allure Pass partner and accepts payout — uncapped
- Schedule: part-time, minimum 20 hours per week, versatile self-set hours
- Role type: independent contractor, commission-only
