Darling Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our Peterborough office as an Insurance Broker Support Representative. This position is normally Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with shorter hours available for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, solving problems, and supporting a busy office environment. What You'll Do
As an Insurance Broker Support Representative, you will provide operational support to our Insurance Brokers by processing, maintaining, and reviewing insurance information with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Success in This Role You:

- Contribute to operational quality and efficiency Reception Support Responsibilities The Broker Support team also assists our reception desk during lunch breaks, vacations, and unexpected absences. When providing reception coverage, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inquiries in person, by telephone, email, and mail
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs
- Process payments and administrative requests
- Act as a liaison between brokers and clients
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Qualifications We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working in an office environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and judgment
