About the Role
VIP is launching a recent, professionally operated weekday shuttle service in Saskatoon, supporting a major government institutional client in a multi-year contract. We are hiring dedicated VIP Shuttle Drivers to join our team as we begin operations. This is not gig work and not on-call chaos. This is a scheduled, Monday–Friday operation offering predictable hours, 2026-2027 vehicles, and a respectful, safety-first culture. The routes are entirely within Saskatoon. Key Responsibilities

- Operate shuttle vans safely, courteously, and professionally
- Follow scheduled and on-demand routes using GPS-supported systems
- Perform daily vehicle inspections
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues promptly
- Communicate clearly with operations staff
- Represent VIP Logistics with professionalism and reliability at all times What We’re Looking For
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 4 Driver’s Licence or lower
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Strong safety record and defensive driving habits
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable interacting with healthcare and institutional staff
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Familiarity with Saskatoon streets and traffic patterns is an asset Additional Requirements
- Criminal Record Check (required)
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform light physical duties
- Willingness to assist occasionally with fueling or vehicle logistics
- Overtime may be offered periodically and is paid
