Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced teacher to provide private instruction for two Grade 2 students (twin sisters) in Cochrane, AB. These children are bright and have no learning disabilities or behavior issues. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, engaging, and able to create a positive and encouraging learning setting. Position Details:

Location:
Cochrane, AB
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 3 hours per day (12 hours weekly)
- Curriculum: Alberta Program (K-6) with elements of Schedule 1 learning incorporated
- Instruction: Private personalized teaching
- Compensation: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Alberta Grade 2-3 curriculum. -Incorporate practical skill building into lesson plans to support Alberta curriculum.
- Provide instruction in core subjects, including Language Arts,



Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
- Identify areas of improvement required and tailor homework assignments accordingly.
- Monitor academic progress and provide regular updates to parents.

Qualifications:

- Alberta teaching certification preferred.
- Experience teaching elementary-aged children, particularly Grades 2-3.
- Strong understanding of the Alberta curriculum.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
