- Review medication information for accuracy and identify concerns that may require follow-up with the care team.
- Support medication administration and provide clear guidance on medication use, using appropriate medical terminology.
- Contribute to patient care across relevant settings, including acute care and pediatrics, in collaboration with colleagues.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and communicate medication-related updates to support continuity of care. Experience Required: Practical patient-care skills,
accurate documentation, explicit communication, and the ability to use medical terminology when discussing medications and care. These capabilities support secure medication administration and effective collaboration with patients and colleagues. Preferred: Hospital experience and acute care experience, along with familiarity with pediatrics, are valuable strengths for contributing to varied patient needs.
