- Opportunity for involvement in charitable initiatives and community outreach Job Summary The Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) provides professional massage therapy and body treatments in an outpatient clinical setting. You will assess, treat, educate, and support patients using evidence-informed techniques while maintaining excellent clinical documentation and patient experience. You’ll have the autonomy of an independent contractor with the support of a full administrative and leadership team behind you. Major Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and College standards
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and obtain detailed health histories
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans and recommend appropriate treatment frequency
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy specific to their needs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient charts (JaneApp)
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment rooms
- Contribute positively to team culture, staff meetings, promotions, and clinic initiatives
- Participate in marketing and community engagement efforts as desired Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (current grads encouraged to apply)
