Job Summary Blend Bar is looking for an energetic, results-driven Store Manager to lead our team in Mississauga As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the Mississauga location. You will recruit and schedule staff, ensure peak customer service, maintain high product quality standards, and create a positive, efficient work workplace. Key Responsibilities

- Hiring & Scheduling: Lead local recruitment efforts, interview candidates, conduct onboarding, and create weekly employee schedules optimized for peak store hours.
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth workflow, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Inventory & Quality Control: Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies,



and ensuring all beverage/food items strictly adhere to quality and food safety standards.
- Performance Management: Monitor store performance, address operational issues, and maintain a high standard of team accountability. Qualifications
- 2+ years of store management or supervisory experience in food service, retail, QSR, or beverage operations.
- Proven track record in employee hiring, scheduling, and labor management.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
