About the Role
We are looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to existing clients while helping identify opportunities to improve their insurance protection. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and enjoys building long-term client relationships. This position combines account servicing, insurance reviews, and growth opportunities within an established client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Service existing client accounts, including policy changes, billing updates, coverage questions, documentation requests, and cancellations.
- Manage assigned service requests, quotes, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Conduct insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotes and assist clients with their insurance needs.
- Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities through client interactions.
- Make outbound calls to existing clients regarding policy reviews and coverage recommendations.
- Assist with incoming calls, voicemail management, and general office support as required.
- Maintain accurate client records and tracking systems.
- Support team members and provide coverage during absences when needed. Qualifications Required:
- Alberta General Insurance License
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Successful completion of background and credit checks Asset:
- Alberta Life Insurance License
- Previous insurance brokerage or agency experience

- Pay structure offers a base salary plus commission *Occasional overtime or evening appointments may be required during peak periods or while covering for team members on leave.
* Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
