Job Summary Join the Blend Bar family We are hiring a passionate Store Manager to take charge of our Burlington location. As the Store Manager in Burlington, you will lead daily store operations, recruit and schedule talented staff, and ensure our customers receive high-quality products every visit. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive store performance and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Scheduling: Handle full-cycle hiring for store staff and develop effective weekly shift schedules.
- Store Management: Direct daily store activities to ensure smooth service during peak and off-peak hours.
- Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all beverages, food, and menu items meet Blend Bar’s taste and presentation standards.
- Inventory & Ordering: Manage stock levels, place vendor orders, and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Staff Coaching:



Mentor team members, enforce company policies, and promote a clean, energetic work atmosphere. Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing teams in quick-service restaurants, retail, or food/beverage industries.
- Solid experience in local store recruitment, onboarding, and schedule creation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
