About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, personable Sales Representative to join our team. If you enjoy connecting with customers, building relationships and closing sales, we’d like to hear from you. In this commission-based role, you’ll work with leads generated by the company, respond to customer inquiries and guide prospective customers through the sales process. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through and is driven to achieve results. Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads and customer inquiries.
- Understand customers’ needs and explain suitable lighting options, features and benefits.
- Present quotes, answer questions and help customers make informed decisions.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations,
quotes and sales.
- Communicate confirmed sales and customer requirements to the team to support a smooth customer experience. Compensation This is a commission-based sales position with leads provided by the company. Commission earnings vary based on sales results. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, follows up consistently and is motivated to turn customer inquiries into sales. The commission structure and payment terms will be explained during the interview process. What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Robust communication, listening and customer service skills.
- A motivated, goal-oriented attitude and confidence asking for the sale.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries.
- Willingness to learn about our lighting products and services.
- Comfort working in a commission-based sales role.
