Monitor actual results against budgets, forecasts, and key assumptions, and assist with variance analysis. Prepare financial projections, scenario analyses, and supporting schedules for management review. Review financial results and performance information for the investment portfolio. Coordinate with investment managers and business partners as required. Documentation & Data Management Maintain orderly, accurate, and accessible records for portfolio companies, investment managers, service providers, and real estate projects as needed. Assist in the formation and standardization of financial reporting procedures and document management practices. Support special projects and other financial analysis requirements as needed. Assist in updating and generating reports from Addepar and other investment performance reporting platforms. Oversee and review data entered by iCapital, and participate in regular meetings with iCapital to support data quality and reporting accuracy. Quarter-End & General Ledger Support Support the loading of investment information into the general ledger and assist with reconciliations as required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related field. Working towards or commencing a CFA. Some experience or interest in financial analysis, investment management, private equity, real estate, corporate finance, accounting, or a related field. Experience building and maintaining financial models, including forecasts, budgets, investment analyses, and pro formas. Exposure to real estate development, construction budgets, acquisitions, asset management, or investment reporting is preferred. Experience with Addepar, iCapital, AI, ERP systems, or other financial and investment reporting platforms is an asset. Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills. Understanding of investment performance analysis, private equity investments, alternative investments, and real estate development economics. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity. Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, investment managers, business partners, and external service providers.
