The individual would be required to join or be a member of local 787 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning UA. Full Time, Permanent, 40hrs/Week Complete work orders, deficiency reports and field quotations for Additional Work Requests, estimate in a timely manner. Testing heating, ventilation,



air conditioning and refrigeration systems for leaks. Responds to environment/comfort complaints in-suite. Starting up and shutting down major building equipment seasonally. Test and repair electronic components. Customer Focus 3 or more years' experience as a Journeyman HVAC Technician. ~ Oil Burner Technician Certificate would be considered an asset. ~ Knowledge of a variety of electronic, pneumatic and DDC control systems considered an asset. ~ Ability to read and work from Mechanical / Electrical drawings, HVAC/R schematics, line drawings, etc. ~ A team player, committed to working in a quality environment. ~ Available and willing to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays as required. ~ Black & McDonald welcomes and encourages applications from persons with accessibility accommodation requirements.
