As Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager and help deliver store success. You immerse yourself in Pandora’s brand, culture, and products while engaging customers and working alongside the team. Your focus includes sales goals, KPIs, brand loyalty, and exceptional shopping moments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Store Manager in delivering store success
- Engage customers and drive sales on the floor
- Coach sales associates toward individual and store KPIs
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to team members
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards

Requirements:

- At least two years’ high-performance selling experience
- Results-oriented leadership and robust communication skills
- Analytical thinking and business acumen
- Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale knowledge
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
