Manage maintenance parts inventory for Maple Leaf Foods, using SAP asset management and stockroom controls to support daily operations. Report to the Maintenance Manager.

This Maintenance Stockroom Controller oversees ordering, receiving, issuing, and storing maintenance parts and supplies. The position supports inventory strategies shaped by equipment criticality, delivery times, usage patterns, and acceptable downtime risks. You will coordinate with maintenance personnel, suppliers, vendors, contractors, and accounting processes while maintaining accurate stockroom records and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review issued parts and process automatic replenishment transactions
- Receive, place, and value maintenance inventory and materials
- Set minimum and maximum inventory levels using stated factors




- Investigate shipping variances and supplier invoice discrepancies
- Count inventory, stage work-order materials, and assign costs

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent accreditation
- Two years of stockroom experience, preferably maintenance-related
- Inventory management or stockroom education courses
- Knowledge of stockroom applications and maintenance parts
- Working knowledge of SAP asset management systems preferred
