Instantel seeks a proactive Logistics Coordinator for a six-month contract, potentially extendable or permanent. The position manages stock, shipments, scheduling, and trade documentation. It also supports revenue targets, forecasting, reporting, and service improvements across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use MRP daily to manage stock and identify shortages
- Coordinate vendor shipments, routes, timelines, and freight costs
- Schedule daily logistics deliveries and collections
- Manage cross-border and overseas freight documentation




- Generate international origin criterion declarations when required

Requirements:

- One year logistics experience handling import, export, and customs
- One to three years managing stock and freight companies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and ERP systems
- Robust organization, analysis, communication, and time management skills
- International Transportation and Customs Diploma is highly desirable
