Wesgroup isseekinga skilled,customer-focusedDeficiency Technicianto join ourCustomer Care team in aone-year fixed-term position.In this hands-on role, you will complete high-quality deficiency repairs andfinishingwork across residential construction projects and occupied homes, helping ensure repairs are completed efficiently, professionally, and to Wesgroup quality standards.
Working closely with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams, you will assess and resolve a variety of construction deficiencies while supporting project completion, warranty service, anda positivecustomer experience.
Annual Base Salary: The expected salary range for this role is$75,000-$84,000per annum. Actualsalary offeredwill depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
