You will manage accounts during onboarding, capture accurate business information, and review completed products. The work also includes web-based design updates, service promotion, and customer-focused recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct customer interviews for Skilled Service products
- Manage account books throughout the onboarding process
- Capture detailed business information accurately
- Review delivered products and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate through inbound calls, outbound calls, and e-mail

- Availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
