Tri-Line Carriers seeks an experienced Yard Operations Supervisor – Shunt & Tarp for its Carseland facility. You will coordinate daily yard activity, support productivity, and maintain secure operations. The position includes trailer shunting, inventory tracking, safety meetings, customer communication, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise tarp and shunt crews during daily yard operations
- Operate shunt tractors between staging areas and load bays
- Track inventory levels, materials, and equipment accurately
- Conduct safety meetings and support customer safety initiatives
- Train, mentor, and support team members

Requirements:

- Three to five years in yard, logistics, or industrial operations
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License for trailer shunting
- Direct experience pulling super B trailers
- Availability for night shifts beginning at 4:00 p.m.
- Reliable transportation to Carseland, Alberta
