RJC Engineers seeks a Construction Field Review Representative focused on concrete, wood frame, structural steel, and mass timber projects. You will work under senior staff and the Structural Engineer of Record while addressing site challenges. The position supports site reviews, project coordination, and communication with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review structural components of buildings under construction
- Review shop drawings and respond to site inquiries
- Represent RJC at project site meetings
- Prepare field review reports and track RFIs




- Coordinate structural work with other site disciplines

Requirements:

- Building or Civil Engineering Technology diploma, or Civil Engineering degree
- Familiarity with CSA A23.3, CSA S16, and CSA A23.1&2
- Registered or eligible for ASTTBC or EGBC registration
- Valid British Columbia driver’s license
- Effective communication and client service skills
