Reporting to the Manager of Operations, this Coordinator supports HR functions across the firm. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, policies, benefits, leaves, communications, and records. The role works collaboratively with the operations team and Executive Committee.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment and hiring processes for lawyers and support staff
- Lead onboarding, benefits enrollment, training, IT setup, and introductions

Requirements:
