Major Refrigeration Ltd. is seeking a 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Apprentice. You will service commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment, rooftop units, racks, walk-in coolers, and freezers. The work includes maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and customer service across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment and rooftop units
- Service and repair commercial refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Read HVAC/R schematics and blueprints
- Complete work safely under applicable codes and standards
Requirements:
- 313A apprenticeship in refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Minimum two years commercial refrigeration or HVAC experience
- Experience with gas heating and airflow principles
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Required ODP certification and overtime availability
