The Production Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and directs production activities while supervising skilled and unskilled employees. This position coordinates priorities, monitors workflow, and supports timely work-order completion. The supervisor also maintains safety, quality, performance, and workforce standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and direct production to meet schedules
- Supervise, mentor, and engage varied-skill employees
- Monitor workflow, priorities, team performance, and KPIs
- Coordinate component availability with Materials




- Enforce OSHA compliance, PPE, and secure work practices

Requirements:

- Five-plus years supervising in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or certificate of completion
- Licensed Red Seal trade or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment
- Ability to complete training and lift up to 40 pounds
