The Branch Operations Coordinator supports operational, administrative, facility, equipment, and inventory activities. You will coordinate deliveries, vendors, documentation, installations, and branch readiness. The position also supports EPMS updates, showroom inventory, and communication among branch teams, customers, vendors, and Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate branch operations, deliveries, vendor appointments, and support activities
- Maintain records, documentation, directories, and internal communications
- Schedule installations and update EPMS for project visibility
- Track showroom equipment, supplies, emergency stock,



and equipment movement
- Coordinate facilities, vendors, reporting, events, and operational administration

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED required
- Two or more years administrative, operational, or customer service experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with office equipment, scheduling systems, and CRM tools
- Solid organization, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
