CAA Club Group seeks a Travel Consultant to provide exceptional worldwide travel services to Members and non-Members. You will promote CAA memberships, products, services, and benefits while supporting preferred partnerships and marketing initiatives. The role suits experienced consultants, new graduates, or travel-focused candidates receiving training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide worldwide travel services to Members and non-Members
- Maintain updated client records and files consistently
- Provide regular follow-up with clients
- Promote CAA memberships, products, services,
and advantages
- Meet sales, revenue, and productivity performance targets
Requirements:
- Two to three years customer service and sales experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Availability Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
