Human Resources Generalist expertise in payroll and recruitment supports Haivision Systems Inc. through a 12–15 month contract. This hands-on role is based in Montreal.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, you will support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, and HR projects. The work includes Canadian Quebec payroll using ADP Workforce Now, plus support for Germany and Spain payroll. You will collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders across regions to support an effective employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Process semi-monthly Canadian Quebec payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Coordinate employee orientations, departures,



and documentation
- Maintain HR policies, records, communications, and projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum five years’ Human Resources Generalist experience
- Five-plus years’ progressive Canadian Quebec in-house payroll experience
- Strong English and French written and verbal communication
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; ADP knowledge considered an asset
