The Piping And Plumbing Draftsperson prepares project engineering and fabrication drawings for job-site installation. The work includes interpreting plans, coordinating installations, and supporting manufacturing. Knowledge of REVIT, CADMEP, SYSQUE, BIM/Autodesk, and plumbing or piping is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret plans, diagrams, specifications, and contract documents
- Prepare, verify, and control installation and fabrication drawings
- Coordinate installation plans and manufacturing requirements
- Create detailed equipment lists for procurement and production
- Provide teams with drawings, details, and manufacturer instructions

Requirements:

- Three to five years of experience
- DEP or technical diploma in building mechanics or design
- Very valuable knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience fabricating various piping systems
- Driver’s license and personal vehicle
