As Global WASH Advisor, you will serve on CAWST’s Global Services team and deliver services in Francophone African regions. You will combine technical knowledge, adult learning, facilitation, and relationship building to help client organizations strengthen WASH programs. Your work will support safe water, sanitation, and hygiene access.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide qualified technical training to client organizations
- Deliver ongoing consulting support for implementation challenges
- Adapt online, blended, and face-to-face training materials
- Help clients strengthen and grow WASH programs
- Strengthen Training Partners’ capacity development services

Requirements:

- Fluency in both French and English
- Technical expertise in water, sanitation, and hygiene
- Experience with adult learning and facilitation
- Relationship-building skills with client organizations
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of time
