Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager supports all aspects of store operations. You will lead teams, improve operational efficiency, and manage inventory. The work also includes visual merchandising standards, shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
- Lead teams to optimize sales results and customer satisfaction
- Drive traffic across sales floors and digital platforms

- Process shipments, replenish floors, and fulfill eCom orders

Requirements:

- High school diploma; business education is an asset
- Two years of management experience, preferably in fashion
- Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented approach
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
