ConAgg Services Ltd. is a rapid-growing company in the construction industry with locations in Steinbach as well as in Winnipeg. We operate a large fleet of concrete pumps and stone slingers.

We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, organized, quick thinking individual to join our team as a full-time Heavy Equipment Dispatcher at our location in Steinbach.

No two days will be the same, schedules change, phones are busy, and sometimes you have to make a few quick decisions to keep everything running smoothly. If you're someone who can juggle multiple things at once, communicate well with people, and keep your cool when things get hectic, we'd like to hear from you

What You'll Be Doing

- Booking jobs and coordinating schedules for concrete pumps and stone slingers.
- Adjusting daily schedules to accommodate jobs changing, on-site delays, and last-minute requests coming in.
- Keeping track of where our trucks are at, what jobs they're working on, and how things are progressing throughout the day.
- Answering phone calls and managing multiple text messages from customers and operators.
- Communicating with customers to coordinate bookings, confirm details, and accommodate changes whenever possible.
- Working closely with operators and the rest of the team to keep daily operations running smoothly.




- Helping solve scheduling challenges as they arise and thinking ahead to avoid problems where possible.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep track of moving parts throughout a busy day.
- A good sense of humour, and the ability to roll with the punches. Construction can be unpredictable, and being able to laugh a little along the way certainly helps
- Willingness to work longer hours during our busy construction season.
- Willingness to take the dispatch phone home and respond to calls or messages during evening and early morning hours as needed.

Previous dispatching or construction industry experience would be an asset, but we're also interested in someone with the right attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to learn.
