The successful candidate supports students with learning and behavioural needs while collaborating with teachers on daily programs and care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support students with learning needs and behavioural needs
- Collaborate with teachers on daily programs
- Provide care for students across school activities
- Support literacy learning, self-regulation, and study skills
- Help create an exceptional Christian learning community

Requirements:

- Commitment to Christian Education from an Anabaptist Perspective
- Active membership in a Christian church
- Excellent reading, writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Sensitivity, diplomacy, adaptability, and stress-management ability
- Previous experience beneficial; certification is an asset
