Marlborough Day Nursery ECS Ltd seeks an Alberta-certificated teacher for its support services team. This 10-month contract may extend or renew annually. The teacher manages individualized plans, collaborates with classroom teams, and supports children’s unique developmental journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Individual Program Plans for developmental goals
- Manage IPPs and complete transition plans
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and educational assistants
- Build trusting relationships with children and caregivers
- Complete referrals and essential documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education degree
- Interim or permanent Alberta Teaching Certificate
- Experience in inclusive education and neurodiversity
- Play-based learning or child-led exploration training
- Standard First Aid with Child CPR certification
