Contrans is adding AZ Owner Operators to its Cardinal team. The work requires verifiable Class 1 or AZ experience, U.S. travel documentation, and open-board availability. Drivers use multi-axle trailers, follow Hours of Service regulations, and manage equipment safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work open board rather than dedicated lanes
- Travel in the United States when required
- Handle hoses and climb ladders safely
- Work safely at heights using provided PPE
- Follow Hours of Service regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of verifiable Class 1 or AZ experience
- Passport or RAPID Card for U.S. travel
- Knowledge of multi-axle trailers
- Ability to sleep in the truck three nights weekly
- Availability for two weekends monthly
