Key Responsibilities:

- Track deployment deliverables, issues, action items, risks, and project progress
- Monitor Branch readiness, communications, schedules, and implementation activities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements with project partners
- Prepare status reports covering progress, decisions, delays, and follow-up




- Maintain workflows, process maps, procedures, and deployment documentation

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of relevant business or technology implementation experience
- Fluency in English and French, written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint productivity tools
- Post-secondary education in business, technology, IT, or project management
- Availability for flexible schedule and on-call support when required
