The position combines property patrols, guest assistance, emergency response, and LGCA compliance. Strong customer service, communication, computer, and math skills support daily duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol the Destination Centre and property
- Assist guests with room and security requests
- Support guests during accidents and emergencies
- Follow all LGCA guidelines and regulations
- Complete other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Maintain a valid Security Guard License
- Maintain full-time availability across all required shifts
- Work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate basic computer and math skills
- Remain calm during high-pressure situations and emergencies
