As a Health, Safety and Setting Coordinator, you will work closely with the HSE Supervisor across construction sites. You will promote safety culture through inspections, training, emergency response, and compliance documentation. The position supports Broccolini’s construction, development, and real-estate services across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings
- Conduct inspections and monitor air quality
- Develop emergency and evacuation plans
- Deliver orientations, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
- Manage permits, reports, and compliance documentation

Requirements:

- Hold NCSO designation or equivalent certification and experience
- Degree or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
- Two to five years’ construction industry experience
- Know construction safety legislation and best practices
- Hold CPR, First Aid, and driver’s certifications
