GMIAA is seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide operational leadership across all HR functions for a workforce of ~40–60 seasonally elevated staff. The role reports to the Director of Finance & Administration and partners with leaders to strengthen culture, ensure compliance, and position GMIAA as an employer of choice.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in business or HR, 10+ years HR experience including employee relations and leadership coaching, and solid communication in English
