Lead residential maintenance at Greystar through HVAC expertise and hands-on repairs. This onsite position supports community operations across buildings, grounds, and amenities.

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees technical and mechanical work for a Greystar community. You will lead maintenance activities, diagnose resident work orders, complete repairs, and coordinate make-ready preparation. The position requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, construction, and Ontario legislation. You will also inspect vendor work, maintain supplies, and support safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose defects and complete resident service work orders
- Oversee make-ready inspections, repairs, vendors, and completed work
- Maintain community cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality standards




- Inspect service team and contractor work for quality
- Complete preventative maintenance and safety procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; trade training considered an asset
- Three or more years residential maintenance or facilities experience
- Leadership experience within the real estate industry
- Advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction knowledge
- Adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
