The City of Colwood is seeking a highly reliable Utility Operator I to join the Public Works – Utilities team. This full-time union position operates under CUPE Local 374 and pays a rate of $37.42 per hour (2026 rate).
HOURS: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm, 40 hours per week. Advantages are provided per the Collective Agreement. Applicants should have relevant licenses, experience with wastewater and stormwater systems, and the ability to work safely in field conditions.
