You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 assistance, diagnose Microsoft 365 and workstation issues, and independently lead small-scale projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Diagnose Microsoft 365, workstation, and peripheral issues
- Configure devices, software, and employee technology requirements
- Lead small-scale innovation and artificial intelligence projects
- Evaluate tools and support Microsoft Copilot adoption

Requirements:

- Education or equivalent experience in information technology
- Relevant Level 1 and Level 2 support experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and access management
- Skilled communication in French and English
