The City of Hamilton is seeking an Ontario Works Worker II who is bilingual in English and French to join our Human Services team. You will manage a diverse caseload, deliver the Ontario Works program, assess eligibility, and refer participants to employment and community supports within a client-centered approach.
You will develop and monitor individual service plans, maintain records, and collaborate with partner agencies. A valid driver’s license and robust communication skills are required.
