Incognito seeks a bilingual Customer Support Engineer with two years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree. The role supports Service Providers through complex troubleshooting, customer communication, documentation, and product feedback. DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Linux or Solaris, databases, and APIs are central technical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support through email, phone, and remote access
- Deliver customer presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations
- Diagnose complicated network problems independently and collaboratively
- Write documentation, self-help resources,



and knowledgebase articles
- Escalate issues and report qualified JIRA issues to Product Teams

Requirements:

- Robust written and verbal English and Spanish communication
