Lead safety program coordination and regulatory compliance for Cobalt Safety clients through field-based work across the GTA, Ontario. Conduct inspections, investigations, and training across diverse sites.

The Health and Safety Advisor provides hands-on safety management and strategic program development. You will coordinate client programs, monitor Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance, and support industry standards. The work includes direct client interaction, contractor coordination, emergency response, and safety communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate comprehensive on-site safety programs across diverse industry sectors
- Develop client-specific safety policies and procedures
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety assessments




- Lead minor accident investigations and corrective action planning
- Deliver contractor orientations and safety training programs

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ safety and construction experience
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Robust communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work across the GTA
