As a Senior Business Analyst, you will define requirements for card payment solutions with business stakeholders, Product Owners, technology teams, QA, and processors. The role requires seven-plus years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience. Ciklum supports multinational organizations and scaling startups through custom product engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Analyze card transaction lifecycles and processor integrations
- Support UAT, defect triage,
and production releases
- Translate APIs, data flows, and interfaces into specifications
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Strong Cards and Payments domain experience
- Hands-on TSYS or similar processing platform experience
- Knowledge of credit, debit, and prepaid processing
- Agile, Jira, Confluence, UAT, and integration testing experience
